Empório Tudo de Bom is born from the idea that a great product always starts from a great origin: a precise territory, people who know it deeply, and daily work driven by care, experience, and respect. We believe that behind every bottle, every jar, every package, there is an authentic story to tell.
For this reason, we don't have endless catalogs: we select a few producers, but we know them intimately. We choose them because they have an authentic story, a strong connection to their place of origin, and a truly fair quality-to-price ratio for both buyers and resellers. Every partner has been visited, every product tasted, every process personally verified.
Below you will find some of the businesses that have shaped our Empório: realities that represent Italian and international excellence, united by a passion for their craft and respect for raw materials.
In our Empório Tudo de Bom, we couldn't miss a house that represents Liguria in its essence: Ranise. On the hills of Imperia, among centuries-old olive trees and small villages overlooking the sea, a family production is born that combines Ligurian tradition, artisan care, and raw materials selected with passion.
Liguria is the land of fragrant extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil pestos, and Mediterranean preserved vegetables in oil: an iconic place where every recipe tells of the sea, dry stone walls, and olive groves descending towards the coast in millennia-old terraces. Ranise brings all of this into jars and bottles, preserving authentic flavors that seem straight out of a Ligurian grandmother's kitchen.
Ranise oil is born from Ligurian olives, including the famous Taggiasca, harvested and milled with meticulous care to preserve its aroma and delicacy. Every drop tells of the patient work of harvesting, cold pressing, and respect for natural ripening times.
It's the oil that tells the story of Liguria: light but decisive, never overpowering, always elegant. A liquid golden thread that enhances every dish without ever covering its flavor.

Pitted or in brine, with a sweet and delicate flavor, perfect for appetizers and starters
Prepared according to Ligurian tradition, they maintain the perfect consistency in oil
A concentrate of Mediterranean flavor, ideal for bruschetta and condiments
Other specialties prepared according to traditional recipes from Ligurian villages
Ranise preserved vegetables in oil are small concentrations of Ligurian cuisine, perfect for refined appetizers, aperitifs with friends, fragrant bruschetta, pasta or rice salads. A simple and immediate way to bring the typical flavors of the villages nestled between the sea and mountains to your table.

Pesto is the symbol of Liguria worldwide: with Ranise, you rediscover that fresh and intense taste that smells of the sea, fresh basil, and the green stone of traditional mortars.
In our Empório Tudo de Bom, we couldn't miss an absolute reference for 100% Italian tomatoes: La Torrente. A family business founded in 1965 in S. Antonio Abate, in the heart of Southern Italy, it is now one of the leading canning companies specializing in tomato processing.
The tomatoes come from the Southern Italian countryside, where the Mediterranean climate and intense sun provide fruits that are ripe, fleshy, and rich in flavor. Within a few hours of harvesting, they are processed to preserve their aroma and taste intact.
The company has invested in a new high-energy-efficiency plant, with water recovery and a photovoltaic system: a concrete commitment to more sustainable production, without compromising on quality.

Where tradition and innovation meet to create Italian sparkling wine excellence
In 1961, in Borgonato (Brescia), the meeting between winemaker Franco Ziliani and Guido Berlucchi gave birth to the first Franciacorta Metodo Classico, marking the beginning of an Italian enological revolution. Today, Berlucchi is a symbol of the denomination, with over 500 hectares of vineyards and 5 million bottles produced annually using the same artisanal technique as Champagne.
The Franciacorta DOCG stretches between Lake Iseo and the morainic hills of Brescia, a unique terroir that imparts minerality and complexity to the wines. The Metodo Classico involves a second fermentation in the bottle and a long aging on the lees in historic 17th-century cellars, ensuring a fine perlage and elegance comparable to the best French Champagnes, but with a deeply Italian soul and more accessible prices.
The first producer of Franciacorta Metodo Classico
Authentic roots in the land of Franciacorta
Bubbles that compete with the best Champagnes
Accessible excellence without compromise
For Empório Tudo de Bom, Berlucchi represents the smart choice for those seeking high-level sparkling wines: prestige, quality, and value meet in the same glass, offering the opportunity to taste great Italian sparkling wines both for home and for your establishment.
The excellence of the Côte des Blancs, signed by Union Champagne.

For our selection of spreads and ingredients for pastry and gelato making, we chose Nutkao, a name that in Piedmont – and beyond – is synonymous with hazelnuts, cocoa, and consistent quality.
Since 1982 in Piedmont's Langhe region, Nutkao has been the international Contract Manufacturer specializing in hazelnut and cocoa creams, chocolate, and semi-finished products. The true Italian alternative to Nutella, with a unique focus on private label and customization for professionals and brands.

Selected PGI Piedmontese hazelnuts, traceable cocoa from the source (Ghana), quality control from batch to supply
Factories in Italy (Piedmont, Sicily), North Carolina, Belgium, Ghana. International presence, Italian roots
Spreadable creams, liquid chocolate and drops, fillings and semi-finished products for pastry and gelato making
"A solid foundation for those who want to create sweets, desserts, and baked goods that speak the language of true Italian chocolate and hazelnut."
Empório Tudo de Bom's Nutkao selection represents excellence, authenticity, and professional versatility. From breakfast at home to the confectionery masterpieces of your laboratory.
For our saffron and pistachios, we chose Emerald Dried Foods, a partner specializing in the best Afghan supply chains. In these remote lands, amidst high-altitude cultivation, poor yet mineral-rich soils, and an extreme climate, pistachios and saffron are born with a quality rarely matched by other origins: concentrated aromas, intense colors, deep flavor that tells millennia of tradition.

Strictly hand-harvested following traditional practices handed down for generations
High altitude and temperature fluctuations naturally concentrate aromas and active ingredients
Mineral-rich soils that impart inimitable organoleptic characteristics
Without chemical pesticides: an organic supply chain by nature and culture, even before labeling
"Why Afghanistan, if Italy already produces saffron and pistachios? Because Italian production is valuable but limited, insufficient to cover the needs of a Mediterranean cuisine that makes these ingredients true pillars."
Mediterranean and Italian cuisine makes extensive use of these two extraordinary ingredients: saffron risottos that perfume Lombard homes, aromatic breads and leavened goods for festivities, pistachio creams and ice creams that have become a symbol of our Made in Italy, dried fruit mixes for refined aperitifs and the finest restaurants. Demand is high, quality cannot be compromised.
With Emerald Dried Foods, we select batches that meet our standards for cleanliness, traceability, and consistent quality
Raw material worthy of the best Mediterranean recipes, for chefs, taste artisans, and enthusiasts
Products that bring the intensity and authenticity of the Afghan mountains directly to Italian cuisine
